Updating symantec endpoint

Everything seems to be working fine and other updates are downloading and updating, except for the 32-bit definitions.I checked all other settings but no luck yet in figuring out what the problem is.A previous version of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 12.x or 11.x exists on the network or on individual computers.You need to migrate to Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 5 (12.1.5).
